Pierric De Coster goes solo
Pierric De Coster goes solo and he kicks in like a bomb with a set of drawers and cupboards that boggle your mind.
Pierric De Coster is not just one half of Atelier Dialect anymore. With ‘PDC 1a’ and ‘PDC 1b’, the Belgian architect and designer creates his first solo pieces, available at Valerie Traan Gallery in Antwerp.
Using polished stainless steel and aluminum, the detached cupboard (PDC 1b) and drawer (PDC 1a) leave space for perspective and different observations, depending of the angle it is viewed. The mirrored surfaces create the illusion they are empty, although you can't see what's inside.
